I have over 10 years of experience in the language industry, where I have worn all the hats: translation, localization, quality control, project management, you name it.

I know the industry processes inside out and in a previous life I also worked in customer service, so I have the expertise to retain your clients, gain new ones, and drive all your language-related projects to success.
