Wie erwartet handelte es sich beim Rückgang des Preisindexes für Einfamilienhäuser im Sommersemester 2008 lediglich um eine Korrekturbewegung. Seither sind die Preise dem gesamtschweizerischen Trend folgend weiter angestiegen. Die Nachfrage im Kanton Zug übertrifft das Angebot trotz Wirtschaftskrise nach wie vor deutlich. Trotz einer leicht höheren Neubautätigkeit ist der Markt kaum liquider geworden, Leerstände sind praktisch keine zu verzeichnen, und die Auswahl für die Einfamilienhaussuchenden ist im Kanton Zug nur etwa halb so gross wie im Landesdurchschnitt. Entsprechend hoch ist das Preisniveau.
Ähnlich wie im Einfamilienhausmarkt ergeht es dem Zuger Eigentumswohnungsmarkt: Die Nachfrage ist weiterhin hoch, der Preistrend klar steigend. Das durchschnittliche Preisniveau liegt erheblich über dem schweizerischen Mittel, die Leerstandsquoten sind nur etwa halb so hoch. Dennoch zeichnet sich für die Wohnungssuchenden auch im Kanton Zug eine gewisse Entspannung ab. Die rege Neubautätigkeit der vergangenenJahre hat dazu geführt, dass die Marktliquidität in diesem Segment langsam zunimmt: Zurzeit befinden sich pro Quartal rund 3% aller Eigentumswohnungen im Angebot; das sind zwar nur etwa halb so viele wie in der übrigen Schweiz, aber gut 50% mehr als noch vor zwei Jahren. Trotz der immer noch intensiven Bautätigkeit werden die Zuger Eigentumswohnungspreise jedoch auch in den kommenden Quartalen weiter anziehen – dies im Gegensatz zur gesamtschweizerischen Entwicklung.

As expected, the decrease in the price index in the summer semester 2008 for family homes was only a corrective measure. Since then prices increased following the general trend in Switzerland. In Kanton Zug, despite the economic downturn, the demand clearly exceeds the supply. Despite a slight increase in newly built houses the market is hardly any more liquid. There are hardly any vacant properties and the choice in one-family homes is in Kanton Zug only half as big as the country average. This is reflected in price levels.
Similarly to the market for one-family homes fares the market in Zug for freehold apartments: the demand continues to be high, the price trend is clearly increasing. The average price in this Kanton is considerably above the Swiss medium price, while the vacant property quota is only half as high. Nonetheless there is a relaxation to be noticed for buyers looking for apartments. The brisk activity in new buildings over the past years has contributed to a slow increase in availability in this section of the market: Currently 3% of all freehold apartments are on offer per quarter; while this still means only half as many as in the remaining Swiss regions, but it is an easy increase of 50% compared to two years ago. Despite the ongoing intensive building activity freehold apartment prices in Zug will continue to increase in the coming quarters – in contrast to the development in Switzerland as a whole.

Source text - German Der zweite Zwischenbericht dokumentiert erste Lastflussberechnungen für die Szenarien 2003
und 2010, die mit den im ersten Zwischenbericht beschriebenen Eingangsdaten durchgeführt
wurden. Die bei den Berechnungen verwandten „Rohdatensätze“ resultieren aus bei den
Netzbetreibern vorliegenden Daten, Vorgaben durch den Fachbeirat für die Windszenarien
sowie Annahmen für die Kraftwerksszenarien. Liegen aus den Studienteilen 1 und 3 definitive
Ergebnisse vor, so werden die Berechnungen in einem Iterationsschritt nach Aussprache im
Fachbeirat mit „Feinszenarien“ wiederholt. Diese Vorgehensweise wurde gewählt, um den
engen Zeitplan der dena-Studie einhalten zu können.
Die dynamischen Untersuchungen für den Zwischenbericht konzentrieren sich auf die Aufnahme
des Ist-Zustandes. Es werden erste Ergebnisse für das Gesamtsystemverhalten des
UCTE-Synchronverbundsystems bei Netzstörungen im Übertragungsnetz bei gleichzeitiger
Windeinspeisung für das Basisszenario 2003 gezeigt. Die Windeinspeisung wird dabei durch
dynamische Windparkmodelle berücksichtigt, die umspannwerksscharf nachgebildet sind. Die
eingesetzten Modelle sind im 2. Zwischenbericht dokumentiert.
Translation - English The second interim report documents first load flow calculations for the scenarios 2003 and 2010, which were executed with the input data described in the first interim report. The ‘raw data’ used for the calculations are derived from actual data from grid operators, specifications from the advisory board as well as assumptions for power scenarios. Once definitive results are available from study parts 1 and 3, calculations will in an iteration step after debate of the advisory board be repeated with more ‘detailed scenarios’. This approach was chosen to stay within the narrow confines of the time table of the dena-study.
The dynamic explorations for the interim report focus on the acceptance of the current situation. First results are shown for overall system behaviour of the UCTE-synchronised network system during grid failure in the transmission grid by simultaneous wind energy supply for the base scenario 2003. The wind energy supply is calculated in accordance with dynamic wind park models , which are correct models of relay stations. The deployed models are documented in the second interim report.
