Bio
For the past 6 years I have been working, on a freelance basis, with translation companies in Australia and New Zealand. During this time I have translated mainly from English into Portuguese, but also from Spanish and French and Italian into Portuguese. The texts that I have translated have often been technical in nature, including contracts, medical texts and highly technical manuals and product specifications. In late 1999 I completed my Bachelor of Arts at Victoria University in Wellington, New Zealand, majoring in Political Science, Italian and European Studies. My degree gave me plenty of opportunity to enhance my Italian, French and Spanish skills, and also to improve my formal English.
