Source text - French Renault commercialise Kangoo Génération 2006 à partir d’octobre 2005. Référence du segment des « ludospaces », Kangoo évolue tout en préservant son caractère sympathique et ludique. La nouvelle gamme Kangoo présente des teintes et des finitions inédites et de nouveaux packs d’équipements (Famille, Enfants, Électrique et Easy). Répondant aux normes d’émission Euro 4, la gamme de groupes motopropulseurs reste la plus large du segment des « ludospaces », avec deux motorisations essence (1.2 16v 75 ch et 1.6 16v 95 ch) et trois motorisations diesel (1.5 dCi 60, 70 et 85 ch). Des versions GPL (1.2 GPL) et GNV (1.6 16v GNV) sont également disponibles.
Référence de son segment depuis son lancement en octobre 1997, Kangoo incarne plus que tout autre véhicule polyvalence, fonctionnalité et convivialité. Grâce à ses atouts (deux portes latérales coulissantes, grande capacité de rangement, compacité …), Kangoo a su séduire une large clientèle familiale. Avec un score de 4 étoiles aux tests Euro NCAP, Kangoo se place au meilleur niveau de sa catégorie en matière de sécurité passive.
Outre une nouvelle calandre et des répétiteurs de clignotants « cristal » communs à tous les niveaux de finition, Kangoo Génération 2006 introduit une montée en gamme facilement identifiable. Les trois niveaux d’ambiance (Authentique, Expression et Privilège) sont reconnaissables au premier coup d’œil grâce aux boucliers avant et arrière : gris sur l’ambiance Authentique, ils sont gris/ton caisse sur l’ambiance Expression et deviennent ton caisse/camaïeu sur l’ambiance Privilège. Autre signe distinctif de l’ambiance Privilège, les monogrammes de motorisation des baguettes de porte sont métallisés, le bouchon de réservoir est peint ton caisse et les sièges intègrent des poches aumônières double avec filet. Dans cette logique de montée en gamme, de nouveaux enjoliveurs sont également proposés : « Littora » sur l’ambiance Authentique et « Symphonia » sur l’ambiance Privilège.
La gamme de coloris de Kangoo Génération 2006 est également renouvelée, avec trois nouvelles couleurs parmi les dix disponibles. Les teintes métallisées Vert Giverny, Vert Citron et Bleu Encre complètent les Gris Sidéral, Rouge Cerise et Bleu Intense déjà disponibles. Les teintes opaques (Blanc Glacier, Rouge Vif, Jaune Citron et Vert Mousse) sont maintenues.
L’habitacle de Kangoo Génération 2006 évolue tout en préservant son capital sympathie. Renouvelée en 2003, la planche de bord a de nouveau fait l’objet d’un soin particulier : la palette de boîte à gants, les aérateurs, les commandes d’ouverture de porte et les bénitiers s’accordent à la planche dans une harmonie Muscade. Le tableau de bord à écran LCD regroupe de nouvelles fonctions électroniques : ordinateur de bord (ADAC), jauge de carburant température d’eau … De nouvelles selleries sont proposées selon les trois niveaux d’ambiance, ainsi qu’un tapis en moquette à partir de l’ambiance Expression.

Usklađena s eko-normama Euro 4, ponuda pogonskih agregata ostaje najbogatija u klasi vozila za slobodno vrijeme s dva benzinska motora (1.2 16v 75 KS i 1.6 16v 95 KS) i tri dizelska motora (1.5 dCi 60, 70 i 85 KS). Osim nove maske hladnjaka i bočnih satelitskih pokazivača smjera "kristal" zajedničkih svim razinama opreme, Kangoo Génération 2006 uvodi jasno vidljivu ljestvicu razina opremljenosti. Tri razine opreme (Authentique, Expression i Privilège) prepoznaju se na prvi pogled zahvaljujući prednjem i stražnjem odbojniku. Sivi su na razini opreme Authentique, sivi i u boji karoserije kod verzije Expression i u boji karoserije, odnosno dvije nijanse "camaïeu" kod verzije Privilège. Dodatni znaci prepoznavanja razine opreme Privilège su metalizirane značke s oznakama motora na bočnim letvicama, poklopac spremnika goriva u boji karoserije i sjedala s ugrađenim dvostrukim džepovima i mrežicom na poleđini prednjih sjedala. U ovoj logici ljestvice razina opreme, u ponudi su i novi ukrasni pokrovi naplataka – Littora kod razine Authentique i Symphonia kod razine Privilège.
Za Kangoo Génération 2006, obnovljena je i ponuda boja karoserije. Metalik boje Vert Giverny (Giverny zelena), Vert Citron (limun zelena) i Bleu Encre (tinta modra) upotpunjuju postojeću ponudu Gris Sidéral (zvjezdano siva), Rouge Cerise (trešnja crvena) et Bleu Intense (jarko plava). Zadržane su i klasične boje Blanc Glacier (ledenjačko bijela), Rouge Vif (živo crvena), Jaune Citron (limun žuta) i Vert Mousse (mahovinasto zelena).
Putnički prostor Kangoo-a generacije 2006 razvija se čuvajući pritom svoje bogatsvo proizašlo iz simpatija. Obnovljena 2003, armaturna ploča ponovo je podvrgnuta brižnoj obnovi, poklopac pretinca za rukavice, ventilacijski otvori, ručice brave i unutrašnji rukohvati na vratima usklađeni su s armaturnom pločom u muškatnim tonovima. Ploča s instrumentima s LCD zaslonom integrira nove elektroničke funkcije: putno računalo (ADAC), indikator goriva, temperature vode, ... Source text - English 2. Clinical Research Efforts.
2.1 Conduct.
Institution, under the guidance of Investigator, agrees to conduct the Clinical Research in accordance with this Agreement, accepted standards of excellence for scientific and clinical research and all applicable laws and regulations. The Clinical Research shall be performed by or under the direction of Investigator at Institution with the prior written approval of Ethic’s Committee (“EC”). The EC must operate in accordance with the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations, Title 21 CFR, Part 56 (Institutional Review Boards) as currently in effect from time to time hereunder, as promulgated under the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, as amended.
Investigator and Evaluating Physician will conduct the Clinical Research in accordance with the Protocol, the local drug laws, this Agreement and all currently established standards of good clinical practice embodied in the International Conference on Harmonisation Note for Guidance on GCP (CPMP/ICH/135/95) which came into operation on the 17th January 1997, the Declaration of Helsinki (Somerset West, Republic of South Africa, October 1996) and the European Union Directive 2001/20/EC. The Clinical Research will be conducted according to all applicable national and local laws and regulations. Investigator will ensure that any co-workers assisting Investigator will abide by this obligation. Insitution, Investigator, Evaluating Physician, or all, agree to provide all support personnel and resources needed to conduct and complete the Clinical Research to these requirements.
Investigator also agrees to inform new or replacement Sub-Investigator(s) of the terms of this Agreement.
2.2 Patient Privacy.
Institution and PDL shall comply with all applicable requirements of European Union or local patient privacy regulations, including all requirements regarding the privacy and security of protected patient health information. Institution shall obtain patient authorization from each Clinical Research patient to allow Institution to disclose protected health information to PDL and shall allow PDL or designee access to the records of patient who have signed such authorization. PDL shall not use the protected health information or disclose it to a third party without patient authorization.
2.3 Investigator Change.
In the event Investigator becomes either unwilling or unable to perform the duties required by this Agreement, Insitution or Investigator will inform PDL within 3 days. Institution will propose a new investigator to PDL within three (3) days thereafter and PDL will have the right to approve any new Investigator designated by Institution such approval will not be unreasonably withheld. The new Investigator will be required to agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If a new Investigator is not provided to PDL or PDL does not consent to such new Investigator, Insitution shall continue to provide follow-up care to the patients per Protocol and Good Clinical Practice guidelines.
2.4 Limitation.
Any use of the Study Drug and/or the Clinical Research for any purpose outside of the Protocol is prohibited by this Agreement, and any work so performed would represent a breach of this Agreement and misuse of the Study Drug and/or the Clinical Research. Institution agrees that all Inventions, whether patentable or not, that arise from such misuse of the Study Drug and/or the Clinical Research shall be the sole and exclusive property of PDL, and Institution agrees to effect any assignment documents necessary to make such Inventions the property of PDL.
Translation - Croatian 2. Postupci kliničkog ispitivanja.
2.1 Provedba. Ustanova je, pod rukovodstvom Ispitivača, suglasna voditi Kliničko ispitivanje sukladno ovom Ugovoru, prihvaćenim standardima izvrsnosti u znanstvenom i kliničkom istraživanju i svim primjenjivim zakonima i podzakonskim aktima. Kliničko ispitivanje provest će ili će njime rukovoditi – Ispitivač u Ustanovi s prethodnim pisanim odobrenjem Etičkog povjerenstva (u daljnjem tekstu "EP"). EC mora djelovati sukladno američkom zakonskom propisu U.S. Code of Federal Regulations, Title 21 CFR, Part 56 (Institutional Review Boards) od vremena do vremena kako je ovdje definirano i kako je propisano regulatornim aktom SAD, Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act i važećim izmjenama i dopunama.
Ispitivač i Liječnik ocjenjivač provesti će Kliničko ispitivanje sukladno Protokolu, lokalnim zakonima o lijekovima, ovom Ugovoru i trenutno važećim standardima Dobre kliničke prakse obuhvaćene Uputom o dobroj kliničkoj praksi (Note for Guidance on GCP) Međunarodne konferencije za harmonizaciju (International Conference on Harmonisation - ICH), na snazi od 17. siječnja 1997. (CPMP/ICH/135/95), Helsinškoj deklaraciji (Somerset West, Južnoafrička Republika, listopad 1996.) i direktivi Europske Unije 2001/20/EC. Kliničko ispitivanje bit će provedeno sukladno svim primjenjivim nacionalnim i lokalnim zakonima i podzakonskim propisima. Ispitivač će osigurati da svi suradnici koji pomažu Ispitivaču poštuju ovu obvezu. Ustanova, Ispitivač, Liječnik ocjenjivač ili svi oni, suglasni su osigurati svo prateće osoblje i resurse potrebne za provođenje i dovršenje Kliničkog ispitivanja prema ovim zahtjevima.
Ispitivač također prihvaća obvezu da obavijesti nove ili zamjenske pod-Ispitivače o uvjetima ovog Ugovora.
2.2 Povjerljivost podataka o pacijentima. Ustanova i PDL moraju zadovoljiti sve primjenjive zahtjeve Europske Unije i lokalne zakonske regulative koje se odnose na povjerljivost podataka o pacijentima uključujući i sve zahtjeve koji se odnose na povjerljivost i sigurnost zaštićenih podataka o zdravlju pacijenata. Ustanova mora od svakog pacijenta uključenog u Kliničko ispitivanje ishoditi odobrenje kojim se Ustanovi dopušta otkrivanje zaštićenih podataka o zdravlju PDL-u i kojim se PDL-u ili njegovom imenovanom povjereniku dopušta pristup zapisima o pacijentu koji je takvo ovlaštenje potpisao. PDL neće koristiti zaštićene podatke o zdravlju niti ih otkrivati trećoj strani bez pacijentova odobrenja.
2.3 Promjena Ispitivača. U slučaju da Ispitivač odustane ili ne bude u mogućnosti ispuniti obveze proizašle iz ovog Ugovora, Ustanova ili Ispitivač o tome će obavijestiti PDL u roku 3 dana. Ustanova će u roku od tri (3) dana nakon toga predložiti PDL-u novog Ispitivača, a PDL će imati pravo odobriti bilo kojeg novog Ispitivača kojeg odredi Ustanova. Ovo odobrenje neće biti odbijeno bez dobrog razloga. Od novog Ispitivača tražit će se da prihvati odredbe i uvjete ovog Ugovora. Ako novi Ispitivač ne bude predložen PDL-u ili se PDL ne usuglasi s prijedlogom novog Ispitivača, Ustanova će nastaviti pružati njegu pacijentima sukladno Protokolu i uputama Dobre kliničke prakse.
2.4 Ograničenje. Ovim se Ugovorom zabranjuje svaka upotreba Ispitivanog lijeka i/ili kliničke studije izvan opsega Protokola, a svaki takav postupak predstavljat će povredu ovog Ugovora i zloporabu Ispitivanog lijeka i/ili Kliničkog ispitivanja. Ustanova je suglasna da sva otkrića, bila ona potencijalno podložna patentima ili ne, koja bi proizašla iz takve zloporabe Ispitivanog lijeka i/ili kliničke studije, ostaju potpuno i isključivo vlasništvo PDL-a. Ustanova se obvezuje proizvesti sve dokumente potrebne da se takva otkrića učine vlasništvom PDL-a.
