My business is based on the belief that my customers' needs are of the utmost importance. I am committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of my business is from repeat customers and referrals.
It gives me a sense of pride and purpose to be able to use my bilingual skills and educational background to help bridge the communication gap between English and Haitian-Creole speakers. Interpreting is not only an important and meaningful job to help people in need, but also a means to enrich my knowledge and vocabularies of different industries.” I have been working as an independent contractor since 2009. I completed a training program at CP Language Institute and was Certified as a Medical Interpreter. My main role in that capacity is to eliminate the barriers to getting appropriate health care for Limited English person (LEP) and to facilitate their communication with the health care provider. Many of these patients come from Haiti, Africa, Europe and Canada. As I have expertise in the English language, and I am fluent in French and Creole, I am able to help these (LEP) get the health care they need. I am also servicing the government, insurance, immigration, education, family court and escort.
