It is presented the analysis that led to the selection of the most appropriate transfer pricing method for the transaction to comply with Article 26, third to last and second to last paragraphs which establish:
“Taxpayers must apply first the method prescribed by Section I of this article, and may use the methods outlined in Sections II, III, IV, V and VI thereto, when the method prescribed in Section I cited is not appropriate to determine that transactions are at market prices according to the Transfer Pricing Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises and Tax Administration referred to the last paragraph of Article 215 of this Act.

A Controlled-Source Electromagnetic (CSEM) survey was conducted for XXXX in the Southeast Basin. The survey area is within the Catemaco Fold Belt, deep-water southern part of the Gulf of Mexico, to cover the XXXX prospect. The acquisition period was September 00 through October 00, 0000. A total of 000 receiver positions were deployed along 00 source lines in a grid survey configuration. The water depth in the area varies from 0000 to 0000m. A composite source waveform with a base frequency of 00 Hz was transmitted. All receivers recorded horizontal electric and magnetic fields in two orthogonal directions. The recorded data is of good quality.
The XXXX prospect is located in a saddle between the XXXX structure to the south and the XXXX structure to the north. It has targets in the Upper, Middle, and Lower Miocene, with burial depths of about 000, 000, and 000 m below the seafloor, respectively. The main target is the Upper-Middle Miocene. The feasibility study shows that the targets in the Upper and Middle Miocene are detectable, and the target in the Lower Miocene is not detectable, given the background models and target parameters used in the sensitivity study.

Se desplegaron un total de 000 posiciones de receptores a lo largo de 00 líneas de fuente en una configuración de malla de levantamiento. La profundidad del agua en el área varía de 0000 a 0000m. Bio
I graduated from the BA in Modern Languages at Universidad Juárez Autónoma de Tabasco, I am a language professional with translating, writing, editing, and administrative experience. I learned English as a second language since very young. This made easy for me to learn new languages.
I started my career as an ESL (English as a Second Language) teacher but soon after I ventured into the translation field. After all, since I started university I always wanted to develop my career in this industry.
I began translating some exams and school certificates, then I got a project to translate some technical papers in the oil industry, about drilling methods; all this works from English into Spanish. Later on, I also got a project to subtitle a TV series from Portuguese to Spanish. I worked on these translation projects while continuing working as a language teacher.
Recently, I worked full-time as a translator for a Norwegian company in the oil industry. I translated different kinds of reports that are generated during the geophysical exploration workflow from English to Spanish.
I'm looking forward to getting some literal translation projects and focusing on proofreading.
