Bio

I translate legal documents from German into English. I work on various EU Commission-funded projects such as the JURE databank. My translations may be found in the JURE database(http://ec.europa.eu/civiljustice/jure/login_en.cfm) as well as on unalex.eu.


In addition to my translation experience, I hold a Bachelors of Law and German from Ireland and a Masters (LL.M.) in international and European commercial law from the Ludwig-Maximilian-University of Munich, Germany.


Due to knowledge of both the Germanic legal systems and the Common Law legal systems, I am uniquely equipped to offer precise and accurate legal translations.
