Source text - English Attraction of the prophetic words which someone reads or hears about himself is eternal. Eternal for the reason it is going here for our happiness or unhappiness, for our good or evil. Because our future is not attainable and statable with our reason or will powers for our rational tools and empiric practice have only limited reach. Therefore prevails the belief that we have the insight into the last interests of our soul only with a help of that, what this experience, this reasonable mastered life exceeds, but there are the processes which are touching the supernatural, mystic, occult, magic. Thus the prophetic words are concerning something what we can never completely master but here at the same time dwell the first causes of our good and evil. We mustn’t forget at this: the more something is unmastered the more it is attractive and we are more caught in its snare. For the prophets are however the signal of something what preceeds us, knows us and leads us. Therefore it has in such constellation of powers also a coincidence which appears among the elements of the magical and which fires a special excitement , a completely different meaning as in the district of “common sense”: it is the finger of That who defines, it includes the happening which was defined by the knowing Necessity.
Translation - Slovenian Privlačnost preroških besed, ki jih človek prebira ali sliši o sebi, je večna. Večna zato, ker gre tu za našo srečo ali nesrečo, za naše dobro ali zlo. Ker nam naša prihodnost z močmi razuma ali volje ni dosegljiva in ugotovljiva, ker imajo racionalna orodja ter izkustvena praksa le omejeni doseg. Zato prevladuje vera, da imamo vpogled v zadnje interese naše duše le s pomočjo tega, kar to izkustvo, to razumsko obvladljivo življenje presega, to pa so postopki, ki se dotikajo nadnaravnega, mističnega, okultnega, magičnega. Preroške besede potemtakem zadevajo nekaj, kar ne moremo nikoli povsem obvladovati, tu pa hkrati domujejo prvi vzroki našega dobra ali slabega. Ob tem pa ne pozabimo: čim bolj je nekaj neobvladljivo, tem bolj je privlačno in tem bolj smo ujeti v njegovo zanko. Kajti prerokbe so vendar signal nečesa, kar nas predhaja, nas pozna in nas vodi. Zato ima v taki konstelaciji sil tudi naključje, ki se pojavlja med prvinami magičnega in ki sproža posebno vznemirljivost, povsem drugačen pomen, kot v okrožju »zdrave pameti«: je prst Tistega, ki določa; vsebuje dogodje, ki ga je določila vedoča Nujnost.

I have been working as a freelancer for 30 years. My work includes translating,
teaching of English, German, Swedish, Italian and Slovene and organizing of
language courses. I have been a member of Society of Technical and Scientific
Translators of Slovenia in Ljubljana for 25 years. I translate technical, medical,
political, legal, philosophical, music and literary texts. I collaborate with different
ministries and parlament. I was also active as a journalist and I was writing
articles on food, nutrition, habits and herbs some years ago. From time to time I
translate something for newspapers and different underlines for films for
Slovenian Cinematography.
Other information:
I have attended course in Italian in Slovenia and Italy. I passed the International
Higher Level in Florence.
My interests include travelling, music, films, reading, mountaineering, culinary,
cycling, botany. I am also active at voluntary work. I love working with people,
young and old, I love foreign languages, teaching and translating.At the moment
I have a new hobby-tourism. I am planning to pass a course for a tourist guide
with licence.
