The Contractor confirms that it has entered into this Contract on the basis of a proper examination of the data relating to the Facilities (including any data as to boring tests) provided by the Employer, and on the basis of information that the Contractor could have obtained from a visual inspection of the Site (if access thereto was available) and of other data readily available to it relating to the Facilities as of the date twenty-eight (28) days prior to bid submission. The Contractor acknowledges that any failure to acquaint itself with all such data and information shall not relieve its responsibility for properly estimating the difficulty or cost of successfully performing the Facilities. 这段日子，塑料惹的祸挺多。这边厢，PVC保鲜膜刚刚被逐出超市卖场，那边厢，国家质检总局在全国范围内对一次性餐具进行的明察暗访中，发现近一半产品不合格。检查人员认为，许多一次性塑料餐盒在生产时使用废塑料、添加化学品，严重危害环境和人体健康。
近日，记者从嵊州一家企业获悉，他们独辟蹊径生产出了一种可降解的环保塑料——玉米塑料，且闻起来有一股玉米的清香。
玉米塑料就是以玉米淀粉为主要原料而生产出来的，经过一系列加工，能制成一次性玉米餐具、玉米包装袋等产品。它最大的优势在于，废弃后可被自然界微生物彻底分解，作为有机肥施入农田。
生产该产品的嵊州天枫环保塑料包装制品有限公司总经理沈华峰介绍，为了对付白色污染，早在两年前，该公司就与浙江大学一起进行联合研发。去年底，公司试生产出可降解的一次性玉米塑料产品。“由于玉米塑料中的玉米淀粉含量在50％以上，所以我们的产品不仅环保，还能消化农副产品。”沈经理说。
