I'm wondering where the venue is and also interested in meeting at Itaewon.
Please let me know the exact place when it is decided.

I sent you an email, did you receive it?
I don't know any particular place on Itaewon - but there is one next to the other.
It seems best to postpone it for now and not make it a last minute - unless everybody wants to meet in a few hours....

I also wanted to postpone it but didn't get anything from our colleagues. You are the first person to reply.

Even though we will meet later we can have a cup of coffee together if you are also in Itaewon area and would like to.

I tried to reach you twice but i think you weren't able to answer the phone.
I think we'd better pur off our meeting next week.
To be honset, I can make it on next tuesday or thursday because of my work.
