Hi,

I have just purchased Studio 2009 Freelance Plus through a Proz.com Group Buy.

I am now in the process of installing everything (it comes with Trados 2007 and other programmes -Passolo-, as well as Trados 2011 upon release), and it takes some time. I have installed everything in my laptop but have not tried it yet, and I am still to install it in my desktop PC.

This product comes with two licenses, which I plan to use one on each machine. Now, what happens if one of my computer crashes, or I have to format any of them for any reason (virus, or whatever)? Can I use the same licenses again when re-installing?

Also, what will be the way around when installing 2011 upon release, license-wise?

Same as with InDesign or Acrobat licenses Aug 30, 2011

If you plan to reformat, you can deactivate (return) the license.
In case of an accident you will need to contact the vendor in order to reset the license.
Nothing really wild in fact, I have one that several times for InDesign for example.
