My existing entries are used in Workbench, but if I choose "add new entry" in Multiterm, an error message appears: "null". After clicking OK, the next error message comes immediately: "java.lang.nullPointerException"
I can't imagine, what could have caused this.
I tried to create a new glossary from Excel and it doesn't work either. When I am ready with the process, the new glossary is empty.
Thanks for any help.
Judit

This thread is from last year, it may point you in the right direction (no pun intended):

Quick, simple, and it has worked for me. You can find the whole article on http://talisma.sdl.com - SDL Multiterm - Article No. 2362

Best regards,
