Just this phrase in Welsh...anybody knows what it means? I guess it is highly inflected and I can't find an adequate dictionary for it.

The Welsh historian
I don't know Welsh, but I found a Welsh-English-Catalan online dictionary, according to which y is the definite article, haneswyr is historian, and Cymraeg (not Cymraig) is Welsh.
