Turkish term

onlara gazari ayirdim

Turkish to English Other General / Conversation / Greetings / Letters
I do not understand what gazari means ? onlara refers to cocuklar and it's their father who wrote a SMS message. Thanks in advance. Could it be a typo, pazari instead of gazari, meaning that the father reserved sunday to his children ?

Clearness Temizlik için tesekkür ederim Özden. Iyi günler.

Hi Genèvieve, I cleared the write-in field for you, and hereby declare to all that it's not a quote from MK.
Balaban Cerit Nov 19, 2006:
Hi Genevieve. What does the "Mustafa Kemal" in parantheses mean? Is this part of a text by Mustafa Kemal or else?

I have kept Sunday free for them.

we can use the Present Perfect when there is no time specification in the sentence.

No problem at all.

The sentence "I've reserved this Sunday for them" doesn't make sense to me.

Note from asker:
I missed the writing box again ! Thank your Mehmet for drawing my attention to the adequate use of Present Perfect in this case. Iyi günler !

I've reserved this Sunday for them

Hi,

I don't think there is a Turkish word such as "gazar", so most probably it is a typo; considering this is a text message, I think this is most likely the case.

I've searched the word "gazar" in TDK's dictionary just to make sure, and there is no such word.

Have a nice day ...
Note from asker:
Sorry Balaban about Mustafa Kemal who has nothing to do with this. I got mixed up with a previous kudoz question which I had asked some time ago. Iyi aksamlar !
And thank you Achenax for your answer. I really do not know how to use properly these boxes, it's a mess ! tesekkürler.
Yes, Mehmet you are right about that, thanks for drawing my attention to this point. Iyi günler !
