This comes up as so:

Teniendo en cuenta los apoyos en roca, con certeza contamos con un coeficiente alto de rozamiento y por tanto un mayor tiro necesario (objetivamente en nuestra opinion el tiro real necesario para superar los pesos en apoyos puede ser del entorno de 120 Ton efectivas).
The only other time "tiro" comes up is as so:
"Hemos estudiado otras opciones como los aligeramientos incluso de las tapas de bodegas, a la busqueda de la condicion optima para la realizacion del tiro."

The translation is relative to a ship that has run aground.

This refers to the force required to drag the vessel off the rocks: the harder aground and the heavier she is, the great the force required.
You could use any term that describes a pulling force, I think
