This comes from a clinical trial on schizophrenia, which is taking place in Mexico. The full sentence is "se enviarán notas al CST y esperar respuesta para continuar con ingreso al estudio". These are the clinical notes from the screening visit, which include the patient´s history and examination, and this sentence is the final line of these notes. The only reference I have seen for CST in Mexico so far (from Cosnautas) is for Comercializadora y Servicios Técnicos which seems to relate to providing and monitoring instruments, so I don´t think that´s it in this case. Of course, it could be an English acronym too!
I don´t know who is responsible for giving the "okay" to include patients in a trial after screening, but it must refer to this person or company.

I think that it is likely to be the Clinical Surveillance Team, as Phil has suggested - would you like to submit it as an answer?
Also, I should clarify that this is a drug trial rather than any other type of intervention, so I suppose that computer skills training is unlikely in this instance.
