anti-lupus/antilupic antibodies
Patients with SLA and antilupic antibodies may present ulcerations that leave scars with china-like atrophic centers when involute, mimmicking Degos' disease. This latter syndrome is a rare entity, with leality of 50%, and in which antiphospolipid antibodies are negative.

Discussion
I wouldn't say they are the same, hence both cannot be correct. To make it simple let's put it this way: If the lupus anticoagulant (or lupus antibody or lupus inhibitor or LA) is found in a pregnant woman who had a miscarriage that doesn't mean they will be diagnosed with Lupus Erythematosus automatically. It is a matter of accuracy and your answer does not say 'lupus antibody' but anti-lupus or antilupic antibodies.
See, e.g., http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lupus_anticoagulant.
