I'd like to add to the debate here. The term DOES have the meaning that Cindy and I have given to it - I've encountered this problem before.

According to the RAE, "monográfico" is an adjective that comes from the noun "monografía", a treaty.
I guess what they mean here is that they only provide that type of support, not any other.
Peer comment(s):

disagree Carol Gullidge : it's a treatise, not a treaty - quite a different matter!

Sorry about that, a slip I guess.
disagree Lia Fail (X) : Precisely, a treatise is not a treaty

Sorry about that, a slip I guess.
disagree María Eugenia Wachtendorff : A "monografía" is a "paper," something written by a scientist or specialist :)

I know, so that's why I provided the definition given by the RAE.

single-service providers

There aren't any refs. to speak of to this in Spanish, so I can't say for sure, but I have run across other uses of "monográfico" that are similar, referring to "single". I think "service" rather than "item" here, given the context.
Note from asker:
Thank you, Cindy. I know a monograph is a treatise on a single subject, but it is the first time I have seen it used in this context

specialized providers

I'm pretty sure it means any kind of specialist.
Peer comment(s):

neutral María Eugenia Wachtendorff : Not in Spanish, Muriel. I guess the source text may be a poor translation :)

I think you're find that it DOES have this meaning that Cindy and I have given to it. I admit that it's not common, but it does exist. I've encountered it before.
