Spanish term

de actos

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law (general)
Escritura pública (España):

"LISTADO DE ENVIO AL BORME DE ACTOS"

This is unsurprisingly followed by a list of documents to be sent to the BORME (Official Commercial Register Gazette) but I am not sure what to do about the "actos" bit.

Thanks.

listado Youre right, its more logical. It may be a mistake in the original. Thanks.

are you sure this is not: LISTADO DE ENVIO DE ACTOS AL BORME? This would be more logical, I guess...

acts

I think I would go for acts. It would seem that this record is made up of public documents, executed under seal, such as the identity of chairperson, secretary, company structure etc. Then the annual accounts, which aren't under seal. Eurodicautom seems to recommend act.

documents

It is a wider term. "Acto" may mean any kind of document.
