Source text - Spanish CAPITULO VII.- RIESGO, EXONERACIÓN E INDEMNIZACIÓN
DÉCIMA SEGUNDA.- “EL CLIENTE” se da por enterado, comprende y asume todos los riesgos inherentes en el mantenimiento, uso u operación del EQUIPO, y entiende que tal uso y operación involucran riesgos a las personas y las propiedades, incluyendo daños a la propiedad, lesiones en el cuerpo, invalidez total o parcial, parálisis y muerte y lesiones que puedan surgir de ahí.
“EL CLIENTE” acepta liberar y declarar inocente a “X” por cualquier y por todas las responsabilidades y causas de acción de lesión personal, daño a la propiedad o muerte injusta derivada del uso u operación del EQUIPO. El propósito de este acuerdo es el de eximir, liberar y desistir a “X” de responsabilidad por lesiones personales, daño a la propiedad y muerte injusta causada por negligencia, incluyendo la negligencia de “X”, si existiera. Este acuerdo libera a “X”, sus afiliados, propietarios, jefes, directores, altos empleados, subsidiarias, accionistas, agentes, empleados, herederos, sucesores y cesionarios.
Translation - English “CUSTOMER” agrees to release and hold harmless “X” from any and all liability and causes of action for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death arising from the use or operation of the EQUIPMENT. The purpose of this agreement is to excuse, release, and discharge “X” from liability for personal injury, property damage, and wrongful death caused by negligence, including negligence by “X,” if it should exist. This agreement releases “X,” its affiliates, owners, executives, directors, senior employees, subsidiaries, shareholders, agents, employees, heirs, successors, and assigns from such liability.

The histological sections examined show discrete acanthosis in the exocervical epithelium and some irregularly-shaped nuclei, with occasional incomplete clear vacuoles located in the intermediate and basal strata of the epithelium. A fibromuscular stroma is observed with scarce mature lymphocytic infiltration, as well as endocervical areas with partial substitution by squamous epithelium.
