Hi, Gad If your text really reads "Circulu de Manangué", you may like to point out to your client that this is an error for "Círculo de Magangué".

Here's a document which tells you all you could want to know about this notaría, located at Calle 11 No. 3-96 in the city of Magangué, . ("Círculo" means notarial district in Colombia.)

agree Sandro Tomasi : Just to put the English reader on equal footing (at least in the US), I would convert what is implied in notario to an explicit translation, e.g., (civil-law) notary’s office or (civilian) notary’s office.
