Consignment sales agreement
Hi, I'd appreciate your help with this term.
This is a clause in a consignment sales agreement, and in this agreement the consignee has to pay the consignor when the goods exit the consignee's logistic facilities. As you can see, the Consignor can "block" the goods from exiting these logistic facilities if payment is not received. My question is there any specific term typical of this type of contracts for this?
Context is:
"Quinta.- Reserva de dominio y poder de bloqueo
Mientras no sea pagado el precio total del presente contrato, el VENDEDOR se reserva la propiedad de las mercancías objeto del mismo y tendrá poder de bloqueo sobre las mercancías."
Thanks :)

may veto the release of merchandise
can't find a standard legal provision for this, but this might cover the idea

1 day 9 hrs
authority to stop goods leaving
By analogy with stopping a cheque and goods in transit.
Example sentence:
On the 13th, H, having received from I a power of attorney, executed on 28 April, to stop the goods in transit
4 days
power to retain (the goods)
Notice paragraph six of the following reference. This is a court case.

In the second reference under 2c it uses the same terminology, that is, the goods were retained. http://cisgw3.law.pace.edu/cases/960816c1.html

In the first reference the goods were retained because the freight had remained unpaid. In your example, the Consignor can "block" the goods from exiting the facilities if payment is not received. In both examples, the seller has the power to retain the goods if he has not received payment.

Discussion
Five. Reservation of title (which is very common) and power to block. Offhand I can't think of anything better.
In a different context bloqueo is of course 'deadlock' but that is not relevant here.
