takings sheet
Jason
It sounds to me that it is something that is generated automatically to summarise what has occurred at the toll point since the takings were previously collected - as the text says, it shows the period of time elapsed. Perhaps it also has details of the monies that have come in - what notes, what coins, how many payments, etc. So I suggest "takings sheet" or similar if this is UK English.

cargo manifest
The definition in Spanish is quite clear, and the word "guías" is It's a documentary record used to "prove" in writing whatever it is that a carrier is transporting, which may be livestock, olive oil, money, timber (to mention some of the things that in Uruguay require a "guía"). Sometimes an internal tax is excised on these "guías".
I'm not quite sure of word in English, but this is definitely what the word "guías" means in this context.

Sorry, read in more detail. It\'s not a cargo manifest, but just a documentary record of the money collected at the toll. However the word \"guía\" in Spanish is sometime used in this sense.
I understand that \"recogida de fondos\" refers to the carrier which takes the money collected at the tolls somewhere else. At that time the \"guías\" go back to 0.
