In this text about a fallo/ sentencia- in this particular part it talks about a company which took out and obtained a credit from a bank, and presented one of the affiiliated company's shares as a guarantee, the loan was then guaranteed by the two senior companies with the 'carta de garantia', which was given by another company. Any ideas please?

Here's the text- (empresa) solicito y obtuvo un credito de (banco), filial del banco, ( nombre del banco), por importe de 32.387.521, 47 dolares, presentando como garantia las acciones de ICSA, prestamo que ademas fue avalado por (empresa principal) y (otra empresa principal) con carta de garantia de (otra empresa), y que fue formalizado el 8 de junio de 1988.
