Distribution boards
Hello,
Can someone help with the above terms? It's from a checklist for handing over a PV plant. THis section referes to the distribution panel.
Comprobar que en la cara interior de la puerta la existencia de un esquema eléctrico del cuadro indicando:
Calibra de las protecciones, Intensidad nominal teórica que circula por cada circuito, los tarados de las protecciones, etc…..
My attempt
check that there is an electrical diagram of the board on the inside face of the door indicating:
protection ratings, theoretical nominal current of each circuit, XXXX
Thanks

[preset] threshold tripping values (breakers) or blowing currents (fuses).
Assuming that "las protecciones" means the fuses or the automatic circuit breakers, the "tarado" refers to the [preset] threshold tripping values (breakers) or blowing currents (fuses).

No. And "calibra" is actually a typo; it should be "calibre"and, yes, it is its ratings (or the nominal values, that is, the voltages and currents it can handle for an indefinite period.

Note from asker:
Thanks for the answer. Does that then mean that "Calibra de las protecciones" is "circuit breaker rating"? |

However, all the references I've seen so far refer to scales. I'm not sure how this would fit in with your contxt.
