"enhanting" and "meal" also don't really collocate to my ears, even for tourism blurb.

Was going to say "delightful meal" perhaps captures the other sense of "encanto", but I feel this is marginally weaker in English as part of a publicity campaign

OK, given the lack of further context (and for that reason conf. level is only 4), and in a total departure from the "snack" idea, how about considering the opposite?
