Literal meaning I think this may literally means creating the slalom course (i.e. how to place the gates so they are within regulations, etc.). I am working on this project also, and this question went ot the client. The literal meaning was our best guess. It seems also to be the only thing that adds up. Cheers :)

Dont understand Hi, I am a skier and snowboarder and I live in Spain, I have never heard this term, I have heard Prueba slalom, but not creacion slalom. It does not make much sense, how can you "create" a slalom?, do they mean you can grab a bunch of poles and make your own slalom course?; do they mean you are trying an original course?; are you picking the part of the mountain they will use? Perhaps you should request clarification.
