The animation of actors or objects by stop-motion photography: a frame or two is photographed, the subject changes position or is changed, and the next frame or two is photographed.
This process is repeated until a complete SHOT is finally made.

Good Luck in your translation venture,

pixilation

Creo que te refieres a "pixilación"

Pixilation (from pixilated) is a technique where real actors are used in an animated film, by repeatedly posing while one or more frame is taken and changing pose slightly before the next frame or frames. Thus the actor becomes a kind of living stop motion puppet.
