I'd get rid of the "impact" here if you could, or at least move it elsewhere. It's a bit too gruesome in English for this kind of context. I've seen "enriching" used, but to me it's a bit over the top.

I think it's important to include the idea of "a medida que," which seems to be missing from almost all of the suggestions.

a medida que = increasingly/progressively/the more....the more
