Translation - English The gas then passes through the main filtration element which is made of metal mesh, paper or sintered (micropore) metal. This filter of 20-40 microns retains solid particles. This type of filtering is called “mechanical filtration” since it works against mechanical contamination from air, but not against contamination from moisture.

Translation - English P.N.: While in captivity in the jungle, were memories of the past a help to your survival? And when you were freed did you ever try to forget?
I.B.: When I was held captive, memories of all of the blissful moments of my life nourished me. The birth of my children came to mind on many occasions, again and again, because they were moments of such stellar happiness. In other moments I thought of my childhood with my father, who died while I was in captivity. It's rather curious, but in one's head there is an endless string of images. Often they aren't even important memories, but are just things that left an impact for one reason or another.
P.N.: How do you feel about the negative criticism toward you from certain sectors of the press?
I.B.: If it weren't for the media, I wouldn't be here alive today. If they hadn't pointed their microphones at my son, my mother, my sister... so that they could tell what was happening to me, I wouldn't be here. I feel they do love me, not only me but my family too. When I meet people in the street who greet me with a hug and are happy that I was freed, they continually ask about my mother and they even know my whole life. A space of suffering shared by thousands of human beings was created around me.
Spanish to English: Oleodynamic Control Valves General field: Tech/Engineering Detailed field: Mechanics / Mech Engineering
Translation - English The flow inlet is connected to the system pipes at the middle of the valve body, and the outlet to the reservoir is at the lower end.
Indirect action safety valves have a balanced piston in their center. As will be seen, in normal conditions this balance is oleodynamic.
The pressure at the intake (right or left) that acts upon the lower surface of the balanced piston is also present at the upper portion of the piston, as well as in the poppet, which moves above the piston seat due to the action of the spring. This happens because the balanced piston has an opening that is calibrated to the thickness of its larger diameter.
