"Zakon o državnom teretu i katastru" NE POSTOJI. Postoji "Zakon o državnom premeru i katastru (Sl. glasnik RS br. 72/09)". Nikad se uzimajte pitanje zdravo za gotovo.

Serbian term (edited):
Zakon o državnom premeru i katastru
(Official) Land Survey and Land Registry Act
the ONLY law that's got anything to do with surveying land and cadastre is:
"Zakon o državnom premeru i katastru (Sl. glasnik RS br. 72/09)"
so you have an obvious mistake in your source text.
The usual term in UK is "Land Registry"
State survey is ambiguous; is the State doing the survey or being surveyed?
Official survey is more precise, although it could even be omitted - no state is going to base its land registry on anything less than an officially conducted/approved survey.
