we respectfully

In response to your letter containing a request for information, we respectfully submit on behalf of OOO etc...

I have seen a lot of official letters, but never saw one saying "we express our respect". Maybe I wasn't very lucky. Sounds a bit like "Ho, white man" in my opinion.

agree Kiwiland Bear : and agree with your comment about "express our respect" - it does sound quite a bit odd and unnatural to me.

we are pleased to...Respectfully yours

This is the closest you get in English; you can then end the letter with "Respectfully yours". Personally I would re-phrase, to say:

"With reference to your request for information [...], we are pleased to enclose the following documents and information"
Presumably "ООО _______" would be mentioned in the letterhead or the valediction, and therefore would not need to be repeated in the text itself.
