уважаемые коллеги, меня интересует скорее перевод именно фразы с существительным, не через глагол

Discussion

SirReaL May 28, 2004:
Danya, "arising of right" only yields 86 matchs in Google, while "accrual of right" yields over 200 (all law-related). Perhaps more time spent searching for the best translation would result in a better translation?

the arising of a right

if you really insist on a noun! Otherwise, it's much more natural to say "a right arises when x does y" or some such. Loads of googles for "a right arises"

I think I\'d say \"a right arises for A to do something\" or \"The arising of a right for A to do something\". I don\'t like \"with\".

I do understand the difficulty of changing syntax in a legal document, so you may well be stuck with awkward English!

David\'s answer explains how this can be worded in good English.

accrued by "A"right/gained by "A ' right , this is the wayAmerican lawyer would say. While studying in American law school, I found that a lot of officially translated legal Act from russian Legal databases are not well understood by American collegues

I am sorry for misspelling. I didn\'t have my Law Dic with me. PLEASE, Read: acquired right/ acquirization of right by A. That is the very correct thing.
