я считаю, что «re-» в «reclaim» здесь лишнее, к тому же юридический английский требует уточнения того, в каком смысле имущество «востребуется»; вместо «claim the possession» можно писать «claim the delivery» (как вариант – subject to any time extension allowance or any other conditions that may apply)

I think you're right! The hard part (which you didn't ask for) is the translation of отсрочка. Depending on the context I might be inclined to translate it as "lien" or "encumbrance", but "deferral" might be the best option, even though I don't really know what it means here.

If you want to translate причитающегося ему you probably have to include "its", but it may not be all of the company's property.
