Russian to English Other General / Conversation / Greetings / Letters

In reply to your letter confirming that the closed tender for the construction of the free sulphur recovery unit was declared void due to receipt of the tender bid from ААА/ВВВ only and according to your invitation for re-tender, please be advised that ААА/ВВВ do not intend to recall their tender bid and consider it actual for the retendering.

Please keep us informed on retendering.

understandable) (General / Conversation / Greetings / Letters)
Vova (asker) Apr 17, 2008:
3 not greetings - routine correspondence
Fernsucht Apr 17, 2008:
I think the simpler phrase "Please, keep us informed about the re-tendering" will do exactly the same job, IMHO (after all, it's not about army (is it?), it's greetings(!), letters..
Nurzhan KZ Apr 17, 2008:
to hold a re-tender

Last sentence may be re-phrased as follows: You are requested to provide the re-tender details
Vova (asker) Apr 17, 2008:
1 Please keep us informed on retendering process.
