agree Andrew Hunt : Ullage is correct - Sounding is wrong! Ullage is the distance from the level of liquid/granel to the top of the tanktop ou hold, and sounding is the depth of the liquid or granel in that tank or hold

thanks Andrew. I offered sounding/ullage tables as a translation for the asker's whole phrase: Tabelas de sondagem/ulagem. Which is correct. Sorry if my answer was unclear.
