I'm thinking that it's a typo for "quisto". "Quisto no olho" is a cyst on/near the eye. I'm thinking of those puffy red things that appear on the lid that my grandmother used to call a "wen." I can't find any documentation for "wen."

: not a typo in Brazil we say "cisco" for anything very small, even a child can be called a "cisco" so I would think they mean "speck" just like in the bible...
