I would like to know the best translation, from Portuguese into English, of the expression "Acordo de Compensação de Horas", which is the title of a news article. The first paragraph of this article reads as follows:
"Compensar horas de trabalho significa acrescer à jornada contratada relativa aos demais dias da semana as horas reduzidas ou suprimidas do dia a ser compensado."
I have considered a few options, such as: "Hour Offset Agreement", Offset Agreement or "Hour Bank Agreement". Do you have any interesting suggestion?

Pelo que entendi, trata-se de acrescentar as horas não trabalhadas num determinado dia à jornada de trabalho de um outro dia, ou seja compensar tais horas e não aumentar a jornada de trabalho com horas extras.
