Portuguese term or phrase:
Comida para levar para casa (veja abaixo)
English translation:
FOR HERE O TO GO / "comida para levar para casa" então é "take out food". Mas se é a forma como eles perguntam normalmente nas redes de fast food (US) seria "for here or to go?

Take away
It depends on the country you live in:
Take out (American and Canadian English)
Take away (Australian and British English)
I hope it helps!

: Yes - and, further to Richard's comment, in the UK I have always seen the noun "takeaway" (one word).

Na realidade, eu acabo por falar mal. Digo eat in se é para comer no estabelecimento ou to take out ou to go se é para levar para casa. Um amigo norte-americano dizia eat in e penso que me influenciou, porque 'for here' soa-me muito estranho e não assimilei. O correcto num restaurante deve ser mesmo 'Is it for here, or to go?'

Eat in or take away?
This is the usual form in the United Kingdom.
Cultural Note: In English fast food joints, the take-away price is less (less tax, I believe), so often people pick up their sandwiches and then eat them outside the shop!
