御用工会 is Chinese counterpart of Japanese 御用組合 as snowbee correctly pointed out.
労使関係の安定は成長に有利。多くの発展途上国では、労働組合の活発化によるスト頻発によって海外からの直接投資が停滞している。
アジアで発展した国は割と安定した労使関係があった。日本の企業内労働組合。
タイでは労働組合の解散、ストライキ禁止。韓国、フィリピン、シンガポールでは御用組合化。中国の総工会はその最たるものだろう
