I am not familiar at all with financial terminology. Could someone help?
From my research on the Internet, 東証 is TSE or Tokyo Stock Exchange, and コード番号 is code number. Is it okay to translate the above as "Code number: 1234, Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers Index"? I am dealing with a formal document and I wanted to know if there was a standard way of presenting this information as mine appears quite long.

Hi - I think it is better to spell out "Tokyo Stock Exchange" for clarity, and also to use the word "stock code" since the word "ticker" is often used with US stock. For eg: the same company can have one stock code in the TSE and another ticker symbol under the NYSE. I hope this helps.

コード番号は「銘柄コード」です（たぶん）。ちなみにマザーズは”Market Of The High-growth and EmeRging Stock”の略なんだそうです・・・。
