This is from a company policy on how a company reimburses employees for business expenses.

カードを使用した場合も払戻しを認める。
ただし、レジより打ち出されたレシート又は領収書を提出するものとする。クレジットカードの伝票による精算は認められない。
クレジットカードを使用してインターネットでの購入をした場合はカード支払請求書をレシート（領収書）の代わりとする。

What is クレジットカードの伝票? And how is that different from カード支払請求書?

conejo (asker) Dec 11, 2007: OK, カード支払請求書 makes sense. But now I guess the question is, how is a クレジットカードの伝票 different from a レジより打ち出されたレシート?

credit card slips is handed together with a " レジより打ち出されたレシート(receipt) from sales company or shop.

receipt don't need be signed by the buyer, but credit card slips need be signed up by buyer.

Does this explaination make sense?
