Only the years are mentioned in the columns
The answer given by Casey makes sense in context of the document
Marc Brunet Aug 27, 2012:
Ravi, can you give us a few instances of what appears in モ and マ columns?
Roland Hechtenberg Aug 27, 2012:
Without additional information, this can be answered only by the author.
It could be New Model Market, but also many other things.
Ravi Kumar (asker) Aug 27, 2012:
It is mentioned along with models of cars

New, Full Model Change, Minor Change

I am guessing that the car that you are describing is a Toyota?

It's Toyota's specialty words to describe their cars.

新 is a brand new car that they are releasing into the market

モ is when they completely change the model of a pre-existing car car

マ is when they are making only minor changes to a pre-existing model
