DESCRIZIONE INTERVENTO :
Lisi di briglie aderenziali.
Laparotomia mediana, aperto il peritoneo reperto di discreto versamento sieroso.
In sede sottomesocolica distensione dell'ansa biliare fino a valle dell'anastomosi digiuno-digiunale da compressione da parte di briglia aderenziale tesa tra l'anastomosi stessa ed il mesocolon.
Le anse a valle risultano disabitate, lisi di ulteriore briglia a monte della valvola ileo-cecale.
Controllo della vitalità e pervietà .
Lavaggi, sintesi a strati della parete, cute intradermico.
Non complicanze i.o., perdite ematiche non rilevanti, conta riferita in pari.
