This term is giving me headache: I found it in a medical report of a woman who just gave birth, and it's near the section about perineal laceration, therefore I imagine it has something to do with it (the lines says that the woman underwent suture after 1st degree laceration + left "ninforaffia") but I cannot find any reference about it.
