Yes I realise that you hadn't translated the term. But I just wanted to make sure Giovanna got it right ;-) The term has come up in FR>EN and there were some rather "original" answers!

The "intercavo-aortica" lymph nodes are lumbar lymph nodes situated between the aorta and the vena cava. In English, aortocaval or interaortocaval lymph nodes, but NOT intercavoaortical.
