Italian term

ad elevata RVM

Italian to English Medical Medical: Cardiology
From discharge report of patient with known atrial fibrillation. I feel it may be something a long the lines of risposta ventricolare m....? but I'm not sure I'm on the right track.
Ecocardiogramma TT/TE: Esame eseguito in corso di FA ad elevata RVM (100-110 bpm).
Thanks for any and all help.

RVM and approximately 9,000 other Italian medical acronyms (as well as some English found in Italian reports) can be found in Acromed.

It's in pdf form that you can download and keep in your computer.

I would have thought ad elevata = increased or elevated, but I don't find this as a whole phrase online (increased mean ventricular response or elevated mean ventricular response). I do find about 8 instances of "rapid mean ventricular response" which appear to be from native-English sources.
Note from asker:
Thanks I'd already found RVM in acromed but it didn't seem a good fit with 'ad elevata'?
thanks for the suggestion Joseph, I think I'll go with that as it does seem likely
