: vorrei vedere la frase intera.. cmq que "con" mi fa capire che anche gli altri sono mediocri, quindi direi "of average quality, like the others"

I think this simply means that the overall gradazione is middling/average compared with the others
I read 'con' as 'compared with' but it could just about be taken as 'along with'
