Italian term

forma assicurativa a valore intero

Italian to English Other Insurance
Insurance policy for hang glider - type of insurance cover which refunds 10 if the damage is 10 and the object has been insured for 10 and refunds 3 if the damage is 3.....as opposed to the "primo rischio assoluto" which, I am told, means insuring something for a proportion of its value and being refunded the same proportion of damage.

full value insurance

Unlike a first loss insurance, the insured property is here insured for its full value.

If when a loss occurs , it is found that the insured value is less than the true value, then the claim is normally paid only in the proportion that the insured value bears to the true value.
