cash orders after receipt

Dictionary codeluppi and this glossary based on that to my mind very doubtul source gives cash orders. There is I think a much better explanation in the glossary but, this is the second time I've looked and can't find it. The glossary is a bit of a mess.

bank credit following payment of an electronic receipt

Ri.ba. is an electronic receipt of payment, generally used commercially and typically Italian. The creditor can use the Ri.ba. in more than one way: either by getting the credit paid in advance by their own bank, or presenting it for payment and receiving the money after the debtor has paid it.
